WHAT NEXT
Do you feel ready for something more – but aren't quite sure what?
An 8-week journey for women who want to create space to reconnect with themselves, explore what they truly want now – and begin moving towards what comes next.
STARTS SEPTEMBER 27 · LIMITED PILOT ROUND
Life is good. And yet...
On paper, everything might be fine. Maybe even more than fine.
But somewhere underneath the routines, responsibilities and everything that fills your days, something has started to stir.
Maybe your children are getting older and need you in a different way than they once did. Maybe a phase of life that has demanded so much of you is beginning to shift.
Or maybe you simply notice that there is a little more room now to ask questions you haven't had the space – or perhaps the need – to ask for a long time.
Is this how I want my life to look?
What do I want now?
What's next for me?
You don't necessarily have an answer.
You may only have a feeling that you're ready for something more – or something different – without quite knowing what that more is yet.
That's where What Next begins.
From a vague sense that something wants to change – to clarity, direction and a first step forward.
What Next is an 8-week guided journey designed to give you something that can be surprisingly difficult to create in the middle of everyday life:
space to actually listen
Not to rush into decisions or reinvent your life, but to slow things down enough to notice what's there.
Over eight weeks, we'll work with reflection, journaling, breathwork and guided practices – alongside individual and group sessions – to explore where you are now, what you might be longing for and what could come next.
The aim isn't to have your whole future figured out by the end.
It's about committing time to listen, understand yourself and get clearer on what you want – and to leave with a direction that feels like yours and a first step you can actually take.
The Return Method
What Next follows a five-part process designed to take you from slowing down and reconnecting with yourself to creating clarity around what you want – and beginning to move towards it.
REGULATE
Slow down and create enough space to hear yourself again.
RECONNECT
Come back to who you are now – beyond roles, routines and expectations.
REVEAL
Begin to notice what's underneath: what you want more of, what may no longer fit and what might be holding you back.
REIMAGINE
Open up to new possibilities and begin exploring what your next chapter could look and feel like.
RESPOND
Turn what you've discovered into a direction – and a first meaningful step forward.
A journey you take in your own life
What Next isn't about stepping away from your life for eight weeks.
It's designed to happen within it.
Every Sunday, a new part of the journey opens for you, with guided material to explore in your own time throughout the week.
Breathwork, reflection, journaling and practical exercises help you move through the process – supported by both individual sessions with Camilla and the experience of being part of a small group of women going through their own version of the same journey.
Plan for approximately 1–2 hours per week plus the live sessions. You don't need to find that time all at once – much of the work can happen in shorter moments throughout your week.
What’s Included

A new part of the journey opens every Sunday, including guided meditations, breathwork practices, reflection excercises, journaling and other practices to explore in your own time.

Is What Next for me?
What Next might be for you if your life is working – but you can feel that something is shifting.
Maybe you're ready for something more but can't quite define what more means yet.
Maybe you've spent years focused on family, work, responsibilities or other people, and you're starting to wonder what you want now.
You don't need to be ready to make a dramatic change.
And you definitely don't need to arrive knowing the answer to what's next?
That's the point.
What you do need is curiosity, openness and a willingness to give yourself some space to explore.

Why I created What Next
Almost 4,5 years ago, I found myself in a place that I now recognise in many of the women I meet.
On the outside, life was good. I had a family I loved, a daily life that worked and we had made the move to a place we'd dreamed of living. But somewhere underneath it all, something had started to shift. I couldn't quite explain it – I just knew that something felt off.
My children were getting a little older and we were slowly coming out of those most intense early years. For the first time in a long time, a little more space began to open up. Space to think. Space to turn some of my attention back towards myself.
And with that space came questions.
Is this how I want my life to look? What do I want now? What's next for me?
I didn't have the answers. What I did have was a feeling that I wanted more of something – more energy, more aliveness, something that felt more like me.
Around that time, breathwork entered my life. What started with one class became an important part of my own process – not because it gave me the answers, but because it helped me slow down, turn inward and listen differently.
I've since come to see breathwork as a powerful tool for introspection. It can help us move out of the constant thinking and analysing and create space to notice what's actually there. That's why breathwork is a central part of What Next, alongside reflection, journaling and conversation.
For me, that exploration eventually led in a new direction. But what surprised me was that change didn't have to mean turning my life upside down. I didn't quit my job or reinvent everything overnight. Something new was allowed to grow alongside the life I already had.
That experience has stayed with me.
I came to understand that sometimes we don't need to know what the next thing is. We need to commit time to listen, ask the questions and allow the direction to become clearer.
That's the thinking behind What Next.
A space to explore what is shifting in you – without the pressure to already know where it needs to lead.
Prefer to experience What Next as a retreat?
What Next will also soon be offered as an immersive weekend retreat – a chance to step away from everyday life and explore these questions in a more concentrated format.

Maybe you're wondering if this is really worth the time (and money)
Eight weeks. Time each week. An investment in yourself.
It can be easy to think that there are other things that need your attention (and money) first.
But this is your life.
And while we can't control everything that happens in it, we can create space to notice where we are, question what no longer feels right and make more conscious choices about where we want to go next.
Because feeling more connected to the way you live your life – and making choices that feel meaningful and true to you – matters.
You don't need to have a big problem to justify giving yourself that time.
You don't need to be unhappy with your life.
Sometimes it's enough to notice that something is stirring – and decide that it's worth listening to.
What could be more worth your time than that?
