Alexandra shares yoga classes in which you will experience sweat, laughter, deepness, kindness, awareness, focus and concentration, relaxation and meditation.
Alexandra will also guide you through asana lab sessions in which you will be able to deepen your yoga practice, dismantling breathing techniques, asanas, sequencing, alignment, and putting it all together for your yogic practice.
Alexandra comes from a yoga tradition that is called *Jivamukti yoga*, her home and base of her teachings, also she has studied with Govind, Shanthi Yoga for many years, is trained in children and family yoga, and is constantly studying yoga anatomy to enhance her knowledge in medical based yogic anatomy.
From her own history of being a mother, Alexandra has recently trained to become a certified *Mammamage tränare* to help mothers recover after childbirth.
Her classes are designed to suit everyone regardless of previous experience.

Camilla shares breathwork and yin yoga classes with some Reiki-inspired practices.
In Camilla’s breathwork classes, you are invited to go on a journey through your breath. By using different conscious breathing techniques you’ll tap into yourself and be able to work with your breath actively and consciously in the way that helps you to get what you need. Breathwork also allows you to feel and move through physical, mental as well as emotional blocks within you.
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. In Camilla’s yin classes, Reiki healing will be offered during the practice. And after conscious gentle movement, expect a long Savasana with hands-on adjustments (with consent) to activate energy in your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
Camilla lives with her family in Mallorca since six years back.

Mallorcan Retreat
SON BORONAT
Warm welcome to our agroturismo Son Boronat. A charming little finca hotel located in the countryside of Calvìa, a quaint little village about 20 min from Palma. Son Boronat is located at the foot of the UNESCO heritage Serra de Tramuntana.
The large and mystical terraced garden offers plenty of private settings to enjoy, as well as a swimming pool – all surrounded by 70 000 m2 of land consisting of mainly forest. Here you will find one of Mallorca’s oldest pine trees, said to be blessed by a monk from India, and also the archeological site with the same name, the caves located on the mountain wall.
There’s also a beautiful yoga studio equipped with all the props you need and even a petanque pitch. While each of the home’s eight bedrooms ranges in design, they all come outfitted with a private bathroom and views over the rolling landscape. Amenities are provided, as are cool linen sheets and towels for use in the bathrooms and in the pool area.

The stairs from the courtyard leads up to this charming room with a private balcony facing the courtyard. The room offers a spacious en-suite bathroom (please note that is “open” with no roof within the room) and on the backside you can enjoy your own private terrace facing the garden.2 people per room, beds are separated.

Junior Suite

A charming and light-filled suite, with a double bed (not separable) and a comfy sofa bed, suitable for three people. It also has a spacious bathroom.

Suite with Patio

The perfect room for four friends/people, including a double bed (can be separated) and two single beds, as well as a bathroom. This spacious suite features high ceilings, a fireplace, a large desk and has its own charming patio. Please note that the bathroom is "open" in this room (with no roof).

First, payment of the deposit of €400 is required at the time of booking.
The final invoice will be issued as soon as confirmation is received.
However, it is possible to offer the option of dividing the invoice into two payments if preferred by the attendee. The initial half should be settled no later than 14 days after confirmation of the retreat's confirmation, and the second half can be scheduled for payment by December 31st, or as agreed upon.
Full payment is what reserves your spot and room choice for the retreat.
Once paid, the booking is final and non-refundable.
If your payment is not received on time, your spot will be made available for another to book.

Cancellation and Refund Guidelines:
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you might need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
You have the option to cancel your spot in the retreat without any charges (including non-refundable deposits) within 14 days from the date of receiving confirmation of your reservation. Please note that the 14-day period starts from the date you receive confirmation, not from the date of your payment.
It's important to note that this 14-day cancellation policy does not apply if you book less than 14 days before the retreat's start date.
If you're unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your spot to another participant (this transfer will be your responsibility to arrange).
In case you experience illness or encounter an emergency, we will make an effort to find a replacement if there is a waiting list.
Remember to ensure you have valid travel and trip cancellation insurance at all times.
If you arrive late or need to depart the retreat early, no refund will be issued for the remaining duration of your scheduled stay.
We understand that these policies might appear stringent, but they are enforced due to past events and the retreat space's own strict cancellation policy.
Since non-recoverable payments are made in advance to various parties to plan this retreat, exceptions to the refund and cancellation policy cannot be accommodated.

Due to illness, limited number of attendees or circumstances outside of Alexandra’s and Camilla’s control, they reserve the right to cancel the retreat.
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, you will receive a FULL refund (included the deposit).
However, please be aware that any additional expenses incurred, such as airfare or travel arrangements, are not the responsibility of Alexandra and Camilla.

All room types are first come, first serve. Your room choice is booked when payment of the deposit fee is received.

There are 14 spots available on this retreat.
We will aim to have you share a room with someone of the same gender. However, if that is not possible due to limited space or room setup, we will contact you beforehand.
If you are booking together with a partner, friend, or someone else and can share accommodations, please let us know.

All classes will be held in English.

It is essential to ensure you have adequate travel insurance, including cancellation protection, either through your home insurance or another reputable provider.
Familiarise yourself thoroughly with the terms and conditions of your insurance, especially in cases of trip cancellation due to illness or similar circumstances.
Being well-prepared with comprehensive insurance coverage will provide peace of mind throughout your travel plans.

Book round-trip airfare to and from Palma de Mallorca (PMI).
The easiest way to get to the retreat venue is by taxi, which costs about €55 one way. Please let us know if you are interested in sharing a taxi with other participants and we will do our best to connect you.
You may arrive at the retreat facility from 15.00 onward on April 30th. If you arrive earlier, you can wait at the airport, or visit Palma de Mallorca.
The retreat ends at 14.00 on May 4th (check out is at 11.00). Please plan flights accordingly.
