Welcome to a weekend retreat with Leena Källqvist, Patricia Ramirez-Berglund and Camilla Martinez Mares.
Step into the new year with clarity, strength, and intention. Over the course of the weekend, you’ll be guided through a personalized TCM diagnosis and supported with healing practices that draw on herbs, breath, movement, hypnotherapy, ritual, and integration.

Your hosts
Leena Källqvist
Leena Källqvist is a licensed psychotherapist and registered nurse, specializing in crisis and trauma. She works as a clinician, lecturer, educator, and podcaster – in both Swedish and English – within psychotherapy, integrative medicine, and health.
The primary methods Leena uses in trauma-focused psychotherapy are EMDR, Lifespan Integration, and Hypnosis, along with other techniques and a strong emphasis on psychoeducation. She is also a certified Yin and Hatha yoga teacher, an approach she integrates into her clinical work with patients, with a particular focus on the breath.
Patricia Ramírez Berglund
Patricia Ramírez Berglund, DAOM, is a Doctor of East Asian Medicine, classical herbalist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and co-founder of Örtriket – the first Chinese Medicine herbal company in Scandinavia. With 16 years of clinical experience, she specializes in women’s health and dermatology. Patricia integrates Chan Buddhist practice, mindfulness, herbalism and psychosomatic therapies into her work, bridging ancient medicine, art, and modern healing.
Camilla Martinez Mares
Camilla Martinez Mares is a Breathwork Facilitator & Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Practitioner, supporting you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Breathwork lies at the heart of Camilla’s work. She believes deeply in its power to bring healing, insight, and self-discovery, creating a welcoming space where you can pause, reset, and tune into your deeper essence. Camilla blends conscious breathing, energy work, and gentle practices with warmth and integrity. She meets each participant where they are, holding space with care, authenticity, and a genuine heart.

Registration
Dates: Friday 9 to Sunday 11 January, 2026
Location: Can Reus, Fornalutx, Mallorca, Spain
Price: EUR 850 (including 21% VAT) for a shared double room (beds are separated). The price includes two nights and everything mentioned above, as well as transport from and back to Palma.

Payment and
Cancellation Policy
After having registered by email, you will receive a response confirming availability. Upon confirmation, a deposit of EUR 400 is to be paid to confirm your booking. We will subsequently send you an invoice for the full amount 21 November, 2025 (with the deposit deducted), which must be paid within 10 days. Please note that your registration are confirmed once we have received your payment.
If you are unable to attend, the deposit is non-refundable. 50% of the amount will be refunded up until and including 9 December, 2025. For cancellations after 9 December, 2025, there will be no refund; however, your spot can be transferred to another participant. If there is a waiting list, there may be a possibility to have the amount refunded if someone on the waiting list can take your place.
