Online Breathwork Classes & Recorded Sessions
I offer weekly online breathwork classes, guided live so you can breathe with me in real time. If you can’t attend live, recorded sessions are available for a week, allowing you to practice whenever you need. This way, you can integrate conscious breathing into your daily life at your own pace.

If you are new, you will be invited to watch a short introduction video before your first session.

All live sessions are recorded. You’ll have access to the recording for a week, allowing you to practice whenever you need. This is perfect for integrating breathwork into your daily routine or revisiting your favorite sessions.

No special equipment is needed. Wear comfortable clothing, use headphones if you want, and find a quiet, safe space where you can lie or sit comfortably during the session.

It’s totally up to you! Some people prefer to have their camera off, and that’s totally ok. If you don’t mind having your camera on, I appreciate seeing you and it also helps me in my guidance. However, I fully understand if you don’t feel like having your camera on.
